Shikoku Karst Hoshizora Sanpo
Bouchée sandwiches inspired by the starry sky seen from the Shikoku Karst
Japanese notation "八幡平の樹氷苺"
“Hachimantai-no-juhyō-ichigo” made by “Kagetsudo” in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, is a bite-size bouchée covered with chocolate. The confectionery was created with the image of ice trees firmly rooted in a sea of pure white snow.

It is smaller than a typical bouchée, and the top is covered with strawberry chocolate.

It has a delicious fluffy texture and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries. Strawberry-flavored marshmallow is sandwiched and covered with strawberry chocolate.

It looks cute and the strawberry flavor, which is only available during this season, will make a great souvenir.
